Yes, almost all supplies will be provided. We will bring all cleaning supplies except for a toilet brush. If you have other special products that you would like us to use you are welcome to leave them out for the team.
We love animals too! We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you. For the safety of your pets and our team, we ask that you keep your pets in safe and secure space while the team is cleaning.
Most people choose to have their house professionally cleaned weekly or every other week but some clients elect to just have their home deep cleaned one or two times per year. We no longer offer monthly service due to challenges with this frequency. The ideal schedule will depend on how busy you are, how many people live in your home, and whether you have pets.
Not at all! Most of our clients give us a key or garage code. We do request that you are available to do a walk-thru with the technician upon completion but our professional Queens are fully trained and able to clean unsupervised.
Our Queens work hard and cleaning is physically challenging. If you are happy with your service and want to show your appreciation, tipping is a great way to do so. Tips may be left at the time of the clean or you can include a tip when submitting final payment.
Damage is extremely rare however accidents happen occasionally. We will cover the cost of broken items or damage to your home. This is one of the benefits of working with a professional company; we are bonded & insurance to protect our team & customers. Our staff will take photos to document the broken item or damage. You will be notified within 24-48hrs of the indecent and we will make a plan for how to best resolve. Please refer to the Client guidelines, which are provided at the time of booking service, for additional details.
When you book your first cleaning with us, we collect a 50% deposit to reserve your service appointment on the cleaning calendar. Your deposit is applied to your service invoice and the balance will be charged after the service is completed. For recurring service, we keep payment details on file and pre-bill each month for the upcoming services. This is similar to many other services you might have in place, such as car insurance, cell phone, internet, streaming services, etc, where you pay in advance for the upcoming month. Per our cancellation policy, however, we can always transfer or refund the charge for any despot or appointment when adequate notice is provided. We require at least 48hrs notice to skip, cancel, or move dates in advance of the scheduled time. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from the 48hrs so please provide two working days notice. Please note that a 3% processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
We have flexible hours to serve the Albuquerque & Rio Rancho areas and book appointments between 8am & 5pm. We are closed on weekends and major holidays so that our hard-working Queens can enjoy time with their loved ones.
We offer a range of services including residential house cleaning on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as well as deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning. You can see the list of different services on our home page or much more detail is available on our “Services” page.
Depending on the size of your home, the service you have selected, and the cleaning schedule for the day, we may send one or more cleaners to get the job done. If you are on a recurring schedule, we will do our best to send the same person or team but cleaners need a day off from time to time so we cannot guarantee that you will always have the same person. One of our Core Values is Consistency, however, so we keep thorough job notes on every home that we service. This ensures that any cleaning technician that we send will be familiar with your needs & preferences. We also standardize our services by using the checklists so you get same, high-quality service every time.
Yes, we encourage it! The more we know about your needs and preferences the better we'll be able to perform for you. We will document these details and keep them on file so that you don't need to tell us every time.
Yes, we stand behind our service! We perform a walk-thru with you upon completion of the clean to ensure that nothing was missed and that you are happy with the service. This allows us to ensure any concerns can be resolved before we depart. However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can make it right. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 48hr of your clean in order to take advantage of our service guarantee.
Yes, we inspect the property before and after every clean! We also perform a walk-thru with you upon completion to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the service.
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products as much as possible. Some tough areas require more powerful, traditional products, however, so please be sure to discuss any concerns when scheduling.
After you book you can sit back and relax knowing your home will be sparkling again in no time! You’ll be on our calendar and we’ll send reminders leading up to the day of your service to be sure you don't inadvertently forget and make other plans.
We ask that personal belongings are picked up before we arrive, as this speeds along the cleaning process and keeps your cost down. It also ensures that your personal belongings aren’t moved somewhere that you cannot find them. We can move personal items for a fee but the Queens are most efficient when the space is already clutter free and ready for them to start right away. If you require assistance with clearing personal items please request this during your quoting call.
Our Albuquerque Queens work in a variety of groupings depending on the job and the schedule for the day. Many cleaners work in teams of 2 or 3 but we also have cleaners who prefer to work solo.
Absolutely! Our Queens will always make the bed with the sheets in place or they will also change the sheets if clean linens are left out for them. Simply leave the sheets on the bed for them.
There is no set amount of time - all properties are unique and in different conditions. We can provide a more accurate estimate when we provide a quote but standard cleaning typically ranges from 2-4 hours. Deep cleans and move cleans will often take multiple Queens a full day as these are much more comprehensive services.
We can make arrangements that fit best for you. Most of our clients provide us a key, garage code, or just leave a key hidden for the cleaners on the day of cleaning.
We do our best to be flexible but we are a small company so changing appointment times can create a challenge for everyone else on the schedule. We ask that you provide 48hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule a recurring service within 48 hours of your scheduled time, or if we are locked out and cannot complete the service, the full price will be charged. If you are scheduled for a one-time clean and are not able to provide more than 48hrs notice you will forfeit your deposit.
Yes, we sure are! Our Queens clean with stealth and dexterity but we also carry appropriate levels of coverage just in case.
If you or a family member in your home are sick we ask that you reschedule your cleaning appointment. This protects our Queens and allows you the space to rest and recover. Please contact the office by phone or text right away so we can get you rescheduled.
Whether you’re starting recurring cleaning service or booking a one-time clean, first-time appointments require more time and are priced higher to ensure a thorough job. Pricing is based on the service type (Standard, Deep, or Move) and your home’s square footage, rather than by an hourly rate. Our team follows a detailed cleaning checklist and job notes, and we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before we leave.
We sure do wash interior windows! This can be added to any service whether you book a Move, Deep, or Standard Clean.
